  • 15 Yards (jog, side shuffle, high knees, butt kicks, lunges, scoops, etc)

15min Individual Ball Work

Juggle

  • 5 min free juggle

Beastmode U Shape Drill

(video example 1 & video example 2 video example 3)

  • U Shape: inside the foot // 60 seconds x 3 rounds

  • U Shape: outside the foot // 60 seconds x 3 rounds

  • U Shape: roll across // 60 seconds x 3 rounds

15min Acceleration & Speed Work

  • 10 yard sprints x8 (at least 30sec between)

  • 20 yard sprints x5 (at least 30sec between)

  • 40 yard sprints x3 (at least 30sec between)

  • 50 yard sprints x2 (at least 30sec between)

30min // Passing Progression to Goal

Video Example

  • Attacking progressions to goal (4 trash cans)

  • The 6 will always start with the ball

  • 8 & 10 start on the spine

  • 8 pulls left or right & 10 mirrors the movement to the other side

  • Move through different variations

  • After 15min have one person be a defender (switch in & out) run through similar progression but now you have one live defender.
