10 yard sprints x8 (at least 30sec between)
20 yard sprints x5 (at least 30sec between)
40 yard sprints x3 (at least 30sec between)
50 yard sprints x2 (at least 30sec between)
30min // Passing Progression to Goal
Attacking progressions to goal (4 trash cans)
The 6 will always start with the ball
8 & 10 start on the spine
8 pulls left or right & 10 mirrors the movement to the other side
Move through different variations
After 15min have one person be a defender (switch in & out) run through similar progression but now you have one live defender.
