The UK League offers an exceptional coed 4v4 and 7v7 indoor soccer program aimed at cultivating players for elevated levels of competition. Comprising four distinct divisions: U5 - U8, U9 - U12, U13 - U14, U15 - U18, and College/Pre Pro/Pro. The UK league provides a dynamic blend of enjoyment and competitiveness.

U5 - U8 Division: Join us Sunday's and Wednesday's for a dynamic soccer program designed to develop skills and foster a love for the game. Each session includes 30 minutes of focused skill training followed by 30 minutes of gameplay, providing a balanced approach to learning and fun. Our goal is to enhance each player's abilities in a positive, enjoyable environment where fun and development go hand in hand. Perfect for players looking to grow and have a great time on the field!

U9 - U12 Division: Within the U8 - U12 division, we engage in coed 4v4 matches without goalkeepers, spanning 40 minutes each. Our primary focus revolves around honing advanced foot skills and technical proficiency. While we do incorporate tactical elements, our emphasis here is firmly placed on technical development.

U13 - U14 Middle School Division: The Middle School division is characterized by coed 7v7 encounters with goalkeepers, lasting 50 minutes. These games are geared towards instilling a strong grasp of team tactics. At this level, we delve deeply into tactical instruction, as we expect players to have already attained a solid technical foundation. The indoor turf field measures 60x26 yards.

U15 - U18 High School Division: Our High School division features coed 7v7 matches with goalkeepers, also lasting 50 minutes. We place a significant emphasis on pace, tactics, and precision through 1 & 2 touch play. Here, our coaching heavily emphasizes high-press strategies both in and out of possession, as well as the development of 1 & 2 touch combination play. The field dimensions remain consistent at 60x26 yards on indoor turf.

College/Pre Pro & Pro Division: The College/Pre Pro/Pro division comprises coed 7v7 encounters with goalkeepers, extending to 75 minutes. This division demands a high level of cerebral play and physical prowess. Players in this category bring diverse styles of play, compelling others to adapt swiftly, thus elevating the overall level of competition. The 60x26 yard indoor field sets the stage for these advanced encounters.

Other League Details:

• The 2024 Winter League runs Late November - Late January at the Sports Center of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia

• It includes eight games spread throughout the Winter

• Registration opens October 7th for the 2024 Winter League

• This is a developmental league where we value growth over everything else. While we do track wins and losses our main focus is making sure the players improve in the 3 month span.

• Player placement is about skill level and soccer maturity, not about age or size - development is fluid

• If an athlete is showing signs of “readiness” then they will have an opportunity to be invited up to play in a higher division

• All athletes will receive two evaluations. One half way through & one at the end of the season.
