  • Lower: Weighted 3 Way Lunge (fwd, side, back) 4x

  • Core: Bag Pulls x 6 each side

  • Upper: Battle Ropes (alts arms) 30seconds

BLOCK 2 // 3 Rounds

  • Lower: Lunge Iso Holds x 30sec

  • Core: Ab Circles 30 sec right & 30 sec left

  • Upper: Pull Ups x 8-10

BLOCK 3 // 3 Rounds

  • Lower: KOT Slanted Wall Calfs x 30 reps

  • Core: Ab Rollers x 6

  • Upper: Slow Bear Crawl (fwd & back) 15 yards
