Fulfillment Policies
Refunds
Customers may request for a refund within 30 days of the payment. Refunds will be issued with in 14 business days after an official requested has been issued to our email at unknwnterritory@gmail.com
Customers that fail to attend a session or cancel less than two hours in advance will be handed no refunds
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel at anytime but will be billed for the current month and the next month.
Delivery & Return Policy:
Please allow up to 14 business days for all delivery of gear and apparel. All orders are sent USPS. Customers may return unused apparel within 30 days of purchase for full refund.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
Pick-up and Drop-Off Procedures:
UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC athletes need to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session starting. Should an UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC athlete arrive late or need to leave early from a training session, water breaks will be the designated time to join or leave a training session.
Late Pick-Up Policy:
A late fee will be assessed for children who are picked up 15 minutes following their scheduled session ending. The late fee is $1.00 for each minute past 15 minutes. Repeated late pick-ups may result in the removal of the participant from the program, with no refund for prepaid programs.
Medical Needs/Allergies:
UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC is not permitted to administer medication to program participants. In the event of a medical emergency, UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC will administer first aid, CPR, and rescue in the best interest of the child. Parents will be contacted if care is administered. Allergy medications may be administered if directed in writing by the child’s parent/guardian. All UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC head coaches are CPR certified.
Special Circumstances:
Parents and guardians are required to inform UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC in writing of any special circumstances that may affect the child’s ability to participate fully and within the guidelines of acceptable behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, any serious behavioral problems or special circumstances regarding psychological, medical, or physical conditions. Once the notice is submitted, a conference will be scheduled with the parent/guardian to discuss the special circumstances.
Dress Code:
UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC athletes should dress appropriately for the scheduled activities. They are required to wear UNKNWN TERRITORY approved training tops, athletic shorts/pants, and appropriate footwear depending on the surface (flats, cleats). Clothing that displays drugs, alcohol, tobacco, offensive language, excessive bagginess, or is excessively revealing will not be permitted.
Behavior Management/Discipline Policy:
UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC staff will create a fun and safe environment for participants in the program. Praise and positive reinforcement are used as effective methods of behavior management. Children who do not respond to these methods or who are destructive to others or to property will be dealt with in a professional, positive, and timely manner to correct the behavior. All incident reports will be discussed privately with parents/guardians, and a copy of each report will be kept on file.
Media Release Terms
UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC may create soccer-related videos, photos, and other marketing materials featuring UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC athletes.
UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC exclusively owns all rights to soccer-related videos, photos, and other marketing materials created in connection with the activities.
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, agree to the Terms & Agreement presented by UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC and its services.
Photographic Release:
I, the Participant, grant UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC the irrevocable right to use photographs and/or video recordings of me (the Participant) taken during the activities organized by UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC.
The granted rights include, but are not limited to, the use of such media materials for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes by UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC.
I grant UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC the right to utilize my NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) for promotional purposes and revenue generation in connection with the business activities of UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC.
I understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of these photographs, video recordings, or my NIL.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this Media Release Waiver, including the release of my NIL. I voluntarily and willingly consent to the creation and use of soccer-related media materials and the use of my NIL by UNKNWN TERRITORY LLC for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
Assumption of Risk Waiver
The Participant acknowledges and understands that participation in activities organized by UNKNWN Territory LLC involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness, and even death. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees that UNKNWN Territory LLC shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in said activities.
Release and Waiver: The Participant hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless UNKNWN Territory LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or in equity, arising out of or related to any injuries, illness, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in activities organized by UNKNWN Territory LLC.
Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of any injury or illness during the participation in activities with UNKNWN Territory LLC, the Participant hereby authorizes UNKNWN Territory LLC to obtain, on behalf of the Participant, any medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified medical professionals. The Participant agrees to assume all costs associated with such treatment and releases UNKNWN Territory LLC from any liability in connection therewith.
Acknowledgment: The Participant acknowledges that they have read and understand this Waiver, and they voluntarily agree to its terms. The Participant further acknowledges that this Waiver is binding upon themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
