  • 15 Yards (jog, side shuffle, high knees, butt kicks, lunges, scoops, etc)

10min Individual Ball Work

  • 5 min free juggle

  • 5min wall passing (2min right foot one touch, 2min left foot one touch, 1min one and two touch mix)

15min Fitness (4 rounds)

  • 300 yard shuttles (25 yard back, 50yard back, 25 yard back, 50 yard back) 60second goal time

  • 1min rest

  • 300 yard shuttles (25 yard back, 50yard back, 25 yard back, 50 yard back) 60second goal time

  • 1min rest

  • 300 yard shuttles (25 yard back, 50yard back, 25 yard back, 50 yard back) 60second goal time

  • 1min rest

  • 300 yard shuttles (25 yard back, 50yard back, 25 yard back, 50 years back) 60second goal time

  • 1min rest

35min // Passing Speed of Play (received a 30 yard ball, take touch, ping into one of the three trash cans)

  • 15min: No Defense (8 balls, 4 from each side) rotate accordingly

  • 20min: With Defense (4 backs, 2 from each side) rotate accordingly

20min // One Touch Finishing

  • 5min: Simple ball gets passed from the post to the 25 yard line, one touch finish (rotate accordingly)

  • 15min: ball gets passed from the post to the 30 yard line, one touch finish + second ball gets passed right after the first ball to the 10 yard line, one touch & finish. (rotate accordingly)
