Training Details

Private Training: One on One training with a certified trainer focusing on the specific needs and desires of the athlete.

Group Training: A team-like environment of 3 or more players focused on development and advancement in many different aspects of the game.

Overnight Stay / Hotels

We partner with local hotels in the area to provide all of our athletes and their families discounted rates! All hotels are within close proximity to our facilities to provide convenience.

Training Investment

Pricing for training is as followed:

• 5 Sessions: $600 ($120 per session)

• Per Session: $200

• Drop In (Group) Session: $40

Location & Facilities

Outdoor Fields: Longdale Recreation Area, Glen Allen, VA 23059

Indoor Facility: SCOR (1385 Overbrook Rd, Richmond, VA 23220

Media & Video Analysis

All sessions recorded for analysis of the session to evaluate and analyze the rooms for improvement of the athlete.

Create quality content giving the athlete media to post and market themselves.
