  • 15 Yards (jog, side shuffle, high knees, butt kicks, lunges, scoops, etc)

10min Individual Ball Work

  • 5 min free juggle

  • 5min wall passing (2min right foot one touch, 2min left foot one touch, 1min one and two touch mix)

30min Plyometrics

  • (40 yards down, 40 yards back, if you don’t have 40 yards then complete each exersice 30x)
