BLOCK 1

  • Curtsy Lunge x8 each side

  • Sled Push (black sled with one red and one yellow) 15 yards down & back

  • Side Shuffle with Med Ball (5 yards) video example

BLOCK 2

  • Bear Crawl Fwd & Backward (10 yards)

  • Prison Burpees x4 (try to go without stopping)

  • Suicides Wall to Wall (down & back 4x)

BLOCK 3

  • Single leg tuck jumps (20 seconds left) // Single leg tuck jumps (20 seconds right)

  • Bounding ( down and back 1x)

  • Single Leg Side to Side Jumps (left foot 20 seconds) Single Leg Side to Side Jumps (right foot 20 seconds)

  • Single leg tuck jumps (20 seconds left) // Single leg tuck jumps (20 seconds right)

  • Bounding ( down and back 1x)

  • Single Leg Side to Side Jumps (left foot 20 seconds) Single Leg Side to Side Jumps (right foot 20 seconds)
