Odd Push Ups (Thor bar, wall, hindu etc)
KOT VMO Their Drop Pulse (yes for 40 seconds, lol you will need breaks though )
BLOCK 2 x 3 Rounds 40 seconds on 40 seconds off
Hanging Leg Ups on pull up bar
RDLs (choose your weights)
Tricep Pull Downs with band or Dips
Broad Jumps
50 med ball slams for time // only one round
BE FINISHED AND MUSIC OFF BY 8 AM
