BLOCK 1 x 3 Rounds // 40 seconds on 40 seconds off

  • Pull Ups With Band

  • Bench/Box Split Squats (switch half way)

  • Odd Push Ups (Thor bar, wall, hindu etc)

  • KOT VMO Their Drop Pulse (yes for 40 seconds, lol you will need breaks though )

BLOCK 2 x 3 Rounds 40 seconds on 40 seconds off

  • Hanging Leg Ups on pull up bar

  • RDLs (choose your weights)

  • Tricep Pull Downs with band or Dips

50 med ball slams for time // only one round
